申し渡しの条書は先達て配布されていたが、その趣意に
相違ないことがあり、地盤御法の通り堅く相守り、
心得違いの者がないよう小百姓共に至るまで相漏れない
よう触れ知らせ、組ごとに請書を取り揃えて指し出すべき旨を仰せ付けられ、
畏れ多く承り、早速各村々に触れた所、御触れの御趣旨を
畏れ多く承る旨、別紙の通り御請書を指し出し申したので
取り揃えて指し上げ申します。以上

strictly observing the regional laws as prescribed,
so that there would be no person with mistaken understanding, from the small farmers on up, ensuring no one is left out,
we were ordered to give notice and collect written acknowledgments from each group for submission.
We humbly accepted this order and promptly notified each village. As written acknowledgments stating that they humbly accept the intent of the official proclamation
have been submitted as shown in the separate documents,
we have collected them and respectfully submit them. The above.
