仕上御請書之覚
御留野内飼犬之儀先年ゟ度々御究
有之候所近年野犬多徘徊せしめ心得
違之者食物等相与え飼犬同断にいたし
候者も有之御鷹野之節御障に相成り
別而如何之事に候依之向後野犬飼付
不申候夫々遠方へ取捨させ候様申付候条
御留野内村々軒別不相洩様可触知候
右様相触之上取捨不申亦は飼付候様之義
いたし候者有之におゐては屹と咎申付事に候条
此段村々役人共篤と相心得心得違之者
無之様時々心を付取究可申候右之趣
相触候上畏候旨村切請書庄屋手許に
取置其段組切壱紙請書来る廿日迄に
御郡代所へ可差出候尤此状先々刻付を以
相廻し済村ゟ可指戻候以上

現代語訳
仕上げ御請書の覚え
御留野内の飼犬の件について、先年より度々お調べが
あった所、近年野犬が多く徘徊し、心得違いの者が
食物等を与えて飼犬同様にしている
者もおり、御鷹野の節にお障りとなり、
とりわけ不都合なことであります。これにより今後野犬を飼い付け
申さず、それぞれ遠方へ取り捨てさせるよう申し付けましたので、
御留野内の村々、軒別に漏れがないよう触れ知らせるべきです。
このように触れた上で、取り捨てせず、また飼い付けるような
ことをする者がいた場合には、きっと咎めを申し付けることになりますので、
この段について村々の役人共はよく心得て、心得違いの者が
ないよう時々注意を払い調べるべきです。右の趣旨を
触れた上で、畏れ多く承る旨の村切請書を庄屋の手許に
取り置き、その段について組切一紙の請書を来る二十日までに
御郡代所へ差し出すべきです。なお、この状は先々へ急ぎ回して
済んだ村より指し戻すべきです。以上

Memorandum of final written acknowledgments
Regarding the matter of domestic dogs within the protected hunting grounds, there have been repeated investigations since previous years.
Recently, many stray dogs have been wandering about, and there are also
persons with mistaken understanding who give them
food and treat them the same as domestic dogs.
This creates obstacles during falcon hunting expeditions and is
particularly problematic. Therefore, henceforth we order that stray dogs not be kept
and that they be disposed of by taking them to distant places.
This should be made known to every household in every village within the protected hunting grounds without omission.
After such notification is given, if there are persons who do not dispose of the dogs or who continue to keep them,
punishment will certainly be imposed. Therefore,
village officials must thoroughly understand this matter and pay attention from time to time to investigate so that there are no persons with mistaken understanding. After
notifying villages of the above intent, written acknowledgments from each village stating humble acceptance should be kept at
the village headman's place, and regarding this matter, one written acknowledgment per group should be
submitted to the District Magistrate's office by the coming 20th day. Furthermore, this document should be circulated urgently to successive locations
and returned from completed villages. The above.
