様不寄何者に逸々不相洩様触知せ御請書

右の通りお触れが出されましたので、心得違いの者がないよう、身分を問わず誰でも一人残らず漏れなく触れ知らせ、御請書を差し出すよう仰せ付けられました。恐れ多く承り、早速触れ知らせましたところ、お触れの御趣旨を恐れ多く承る旨申し出ましたので、御受書の件は私共より差し上げます。以上
