不寄何者に逸々不洩様触知せ組切壱紙請書

後藤庄助
右の通り、今度幕府から仰せ出されましたので、右のように心得て組下の村々、
何者によらず一つ一つ漏れないよう触れ知らせ、組切り一通の請書を
差し出すべき旨をお申し付けになられ、恐れ入って早速触れ知らせましたところ、お触れの御趣旨を
恐れ入って承る旨の御請書を差し出し申しましたので、奥書をいたして差し上げ申します。以上

As stated above, since the bakufu has now issued this order, understanding it as such, for the villages under our group,
we were ordered to notify everyone without exception, one by one, and submit
one acknowledgment letter per group. We humbly complied and immediately issued the notification. When
they submitted acknowledgment letters stating they humbly understood the intent of the notification, we have endorsed them and submit them herewith. The above.
