申し上げ覚え
雲雀御鷹野のため御用で御鷹匠の面々が
出郷いたしますので、例年通り野井戸それぞれに
竹囲いをし、笹竹を印として建て置くよう仰せ付けられ、
恐れ入って早速組村に触れ知らせましたところ、恐れ入る旨申し出ましたので、
私どもから御請書を差し上げ申します。以上

Memorandum submitted
For the skylark hawking grounds, the official falconers
are going out to the countryside, so as usual, each field well
should be enclosed with bamboo, and bamboo grass should be erected as markers. We were ordered to do this,
and we humbly and immediately notified the group villages. When they responded that they humbly complied,
we submit this acknowledgment letter from ourselves. The above.
