添書をもって申し上げ覚え
盆中踊りの件について御取り究め（取り調べ）を仰せ付けられましたので、組村々において
心得違いの者がないよう触れ知らせ、請書を取り揃えて
差し出すよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入って早速組村に触れ知らせましたところ、
別紙の通り御請書を差し出しましたので、取り揃えて
謹んで差し上げます。以上

Memorandum submitted with accompanying letter
Regarding the matter of Bon dancing, we were ordered to investigate and examine it, so that there would be no misguided persons in the group villages,
we were to notify them and collect acknowledgment letters
and submit them. We humbly and immediately notified the group villages,
and as they submitted acknowledgment letters as shown in the separate document, we have collected them
and respectfully submit them herewith. The above.
