公儀より御触れを出されたことにつき、右様心得て組下村々の
何者であろうとも逐一漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、組切一紙の
請書を差し出すよう仰せ付けられ畏れ入り、早速触れ回した所
御触れの御趣旨を畏れ入る旨の御請書を差し出し申したことにつき奥書
仕り指し上げ申す。以上

We humbly obey and immediately spread the word. Since receipt documents expressing humble acceptance of the intent of the proclamation have been submitted, we hereby provide this endorsement and submit it. The above.
