御留野村浦野井戸之義印無之候に付
御野合之節又は御鷹方懸り御役人
出郷野合江参候節危き儀等も折々
有之候に付笹竹印に建置候様野井戸
持主へ夫々触知せ名面とも指出候様被仰付
奉畏候早速組村々相触候所御触之御趣
奉畏旨別紙御請書指出申に付取揃江

御留野村の浦野井戸の件について印がないため、
御野合の節または御鷹方関係の御役人が
出郷野合に参る節、危険なことなども折々
あるため、笹竹の印を建て置くよう野井戸の
持ち主へそれぞれ触れ知らせ、名面とも差し出すよう仰せ付けられ
畏れ入ります。早速組村々に触れ回った所、御触れの御趣旨を
畏れ入る旨の別紙御請書を差し出し申したため、取り揃えて
添え書きを以て指し上げ申します。以上

Memorandum submitted with an accompanying letter
Regarding the matter of Urano wells in Otomeno Village, since there are no markers,
during field hunting sessions or when officials related to falconry
come to the countryside for field hunting, dangerous situations sometimes
occur. Therefore, we have been ordered to inform the owners of field wells
to erect bamboo markers and to submit name lists as well.
We humbly obey. When we immediately informed the villages in our group, separate receipt documents
expressing humble acceptance of the intent of the proclamation were submitted, so we have compiled them
and submit this with an accompanying letter. The above.
