仕上御受書之覚
大目付江
灰吹銀其外潰銀類銀座幷下買之者へ売渡
銀道具下かね入用之者は銀座にて買請他処にて
売買致間敷旨先達而相触候所猥に売買致もの
有之趣相聞不届候先達而相触候通急度相守銀座
幷下買之外他所にて売買致間敷候
一銀箔之義銀座より鑑札幷箔下かね相渡
於京都職人共打立世上へ売出候処他国にて
紛敷下かねを以銀箔打立候もの有之由相聞候
右は京都箔方職人之外於他所銀箔打立
候儀は難成事に付一切致間敷候
右之通先年相触候所其後諸株仲間等差止候
付ては何売買にても勝手次第之儀と心得違
近年猶又猥に相成銀箔隠打いたし候哉に相聞
不届候以来急度相守灰吹銀其外潰銀之類
銀座之外堅売買不致銀箔之義は京都
定職之外他所にて打立候義一切致間敷候右之類

大目付へ
灰吹銀その他潰銀類は銀座並びに下買いの者へ売り渡し、
銀道具の地金が入用の者は銀座にて買い受け、他所にて
売買してはならない旨、先達て触れ回ったところ、みだりに売買する者が
ある趣きを聞き、不届きである。先達て触れ回った通り厳重に守り、銀座
並びに下買い以外の他所にて売買してはならない。
一、銀箔の件について、銀座より鑑札並びに箔の地金を渡し、
京都にて職人共が打ち立て世上へ売り出しているところ、他国にて
紛らわしい地金を以て銀箔を打ち立てる者がある由を聞いている。
これは京都の箔方職人以外が他所にて銀箔を打ち立てる
ことは成り難いことであるため、一切してはならない。
右の通り先年触れ回ったところ、その後諸株仲間等を差し止めたため、
何の売買でも勝手次第のことと心得違いし、
近年なお又みだりになり、銀箔の隠し打ちをしているかのように聞こえ、
不届きである。以後は厳重に守り、灰吹銀その他潰銀の類は
銀座以外では堅く売買せず、銀箔の件は京都の
定職以外が他所にて打ち立てることは一切してはならない。右の類

To the Chief Inspector
Refined silver and other scrap silver shall be sold to the official silver mint and authorized buyers,
and those who need raw silver for silver implements shall purchase from the official silver mint and must not
conduct trade elsewhere. Although this was previously proclaimed, we have heard that there are those
who trade indiscriminately, which is improper. As previously proclaimed, this must be strictly observed, and trade
must not be conducted anywhere other than the official silver mint and authorized buyers.
1. Regarding silver leaf, official permits and raw materials for leaf production are distributed from the silver mint,
and craftsmen in Kyoto produce and sell these to the public. However, we have heard that there are those
in other provinces who produce silver leaf using questionable raw materials.
Since it is difficult for anyone other than the official silver leaf craftsmen of Kyoto to produce silver leaf
elsewhere, this must be completely prohibited.
As proclaimed in previous years, since various trade guilds were subsequently suspended,
there has been a misunderstanding that any trade may be conducted at will,
and in recent years it has become even more indiscriminate, with what appears to be clandestine production of silver leaf,
which is improper. Henceforth, this must be strictly observed: refined silver and other scrap silver
must not be traded anywhere other than the official silver mint, and regarding silver leaf,
production anywhere other than by the established craftsmen of Kyoto is completely prohibited. Regarding such matters...
