遠国辺鄙等引替不行届次第も

これに背く場合は吟味の上、厳重に処罰するものである。
右の通り触れ回るべきである。

貯え置くことがあってはならないのは勿論であるが、
遠国辺鄙等では引き替えが行き届かない次第も

Following the official government proclamation, regardless of who they are in the organized villages and coastal areas, this must be communicated to each individual,
