可有之哉に付引替所之儀猶又来午の

先達而相触候通相心得右月数を限り
急度引替候様可致候万一心得違にて

古金銀引替方之義は度々御触有之候

あり得ることなので、引替所の件についてはなお来る午年の
十月まで、これまでの通り設置しておく旨、諸事
先達て触れ回った通り心得て、右の月数を限り
必ず引き替えるようにすべきである。万一心得違いで
貯え置く者がある場合は不届きなことであるので、
末端の者どもにもよくよく申し聞かせ、早々に引き替えて差し出す
ようにと、御料は御代官、私領は領主地頭より
入念に申し付けるべきである。
右の趣旨を触れ回るべきである。

公儀の御触れがあったので、組村浦の何者によらず
逐一触れ回し、組ごとに一紙ずつ受書を提出すべきである。この触書は
先々遅滞なく回覧し、済んだ村より返却すべきである。以上

this being a possibility, regarding the matter of exchange offices, they shall continue to be
maintained as before until October of the coming Horse year, and in all matters
as previously proclaimed, this should be understood, and within the specified months
exchange must certainly be carried out. Should there be anyone who mistakenly
hoards these coins, this would be an inexcusable matter, so
even to the lowest-ranking people, this must be thoroughly explained, and they should quickly exchange and submit them.
For government lands, the deputy governors, and for private domains, the domain lords and local administrators should
carefully issue instructions.
The above purport should be proclaimed.

As stated above,
There has been an official government proclamation, so regardless of who they are in the organized villages and coastal areas,
this must be communicated to each individual, and written acknowledgments must be submitted one sheet per group. This proclamation
should be circulated to all without delay, and returned from villages that have completed the process. That is all.
