誰であろうとも逐一漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、組ごとに一通ずつ
請書を提出するよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く相触れたところ
御触れの御趣旨を畏れ多く承った旨、御請書を提出申し上げたことにつき
奥書を仕り差し上げ申す。以上

小百姓どもに至るまで有り難く心得るよう、そなたども
