一胸毛生有之
一其節之衣類浅黄紺壱本交縞

右之通之物於有之は其処に留置御

もの等迄入念可遂吟味候若隠し置脇

現代語訳
一、髪の毛は通常の長さで毛量の多い方
一、胸毛が生えている
その時の衣類は、浅黄と紺の一本交じりの縞模様の木綿綿入れを着て、紺地に白筋の入った竪縞木綿の単物をその下に着用し、浅黄色木綿小倉織の帯を締め、御納戸色小紋の裁着と股引、足袋を履いていた。
右の通りの者がいた場合は、その場所に留め置き、御料地は御代官へ、私領は領主・地頭へ申し出て、それから江戸の青山大膳亮方へ申し出ること。
もし見聞きしたならば、その旨も申し出ること。もちろん家来やその他の者まで入念に吟味すること。もし隠し置いて他から知れた場合は、罪科となる。以上

右の通り公儀の御触れがあったので、そなたたち組村浦の何者によらず逐一触れ知らせ、来る二十一日までに組切り
