近年、山野での密猟において、鉄砲の使用が過度に多くなっている旨、別紙の通り御触れが出されましたので、右様に心得て、村々の役人共は手元へ密猟者共を呼び出し、御趣意を申し聞かせ、鉄砲の使用について重々注意し、心を緩めることのないよう触れ知らせ、各組で請書を取り揃えて提出するよう仰せ付けられました。畏れ多くも承り、組村々の御請書を提出いたしましたので、取りまとめて指し上げ申します。以上

In recent years, there has been excessive use of firearms in illegal hunting in mountains and fields. As a proclamation has been issued as stated in the separate document, keep this in mind: village officials should summon poachers to their presence, explain the government's intent, give serious warnings about firearm use, ensure there is no relaxation of vigilance, spread this notice, and have each group prepare and submit written acknowledgments as ordered. We humbly accept this command and have submitted acknowledgments from the organized villages, which we now compile and present. The above.
