添書を以て申し上げる覚
婚礼の際に石打ちその他の不法な行為をする者の取り調べの件について、近頃心得違いの者がいる様子が聞こえてきており、重々不届きなことです。よって今後は別紙の通り取り調べを申し付ける義でありますので、心得方をきっと申し渡すよう御趣旨を仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、早速組村々に触れ知らせましたところ、畏れ多き旨、別紙の通り御請書を提出いたしましたので、添書をもって指し上げ申します。以上

Regarding the matter of investigating those who engage in stone throwing and other illegal activities during wedding ceremonies, we have recently heard that there are those who act with improper understanding, which is extremely improper behavior. Therefore, henceforth investigations shall be ordered as stated in the separate document, and we were commanded to strictly convey the proper understanding according to the government's intent. We humbly accepted this and immediately notified the organized villages. As they humbly acknowledged this and submitted written acknowledgments as stated in the separate document, we present this with an accompanying letter. The above.
