雲雀御鷹野のため御用として御鷹匠の面々が出郷いたしますので、例年の通り野井戸それぞれに竹囲いをし、笹竹の印を建て置くよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、早速組村並びに東名東組に触れ知らせましたところ、畏れ多き旨申し出ました。また東名東村の御請書の件は御役所様へ村方から直接指し上げる趣旨を申し出ました。その他の村々の件は別紙の通り御請書を提出いたしましたので、取り揃えて指し上げます。以上

Memorandum Submitted
For the skylark falconry hunt, the falcon masters are going out to the countryside on official business. As is customary each year, we were ordered to construct bamboo enclosures around each field well and erect bamboo grass markers. We humbly accepted this and immediately notified the organized villages and the Tōmyōdō group. They responded that they humbly acknowledge this. Regarding the written acknowledgment from Tōmyōdō village, they stated that the village would submit it directly to the government office. For the other villages, they submitted written acknowledgments as shown in the separate document, so we have compiled them and respectfully present them. The above.
