皆取と相唱はせ引候網之義は惣而指留
右網所持之者取調名西等申出候様申付事
一こり【ごり】引と相唱あば【網場】付網に而砂魚【はぜ】事
一綱引と相唱右同
但右弐株之義も取調可申出事
右之通被仰付候に付奉畏早速与村々相触候

申し上げ覚
皆取りと称して引く網の件については、すべて禁止すること
右の網を所持する者を調査し、名簿等を申し出るよう申し付けること
一、ごり引きと称する網場付きの網でハゼを捕る件
一、綱引きと称する右と同じもの
ただし右の二種類についても調査して申し出ること
右の通り仰せ付けられましたので、畏れ多く承り、早速与村々に触れ知らせましたところ、別紙の通り調査した名面書を提出しましたので、取り揃えて指し上げます。以上

Regarding nets used for "minatori" (comprehensive catching): all such nets are to be prohibited.
Those who possess such nets are to be investigated, and name lists and other records are to be reported.
1. Regarding "gori-biki" - nets with designated fishing spots for catching goby fish
1. Regarding "tsuna-biki" - the same as the above
However, investigations of these two types are also to be reported
As we were ordered in the above manner, we humbly accepted and immediately notified the associated villages. They submitted investigative name registers as shown in the separate document, so we have compiled them and respectfully present them. The above.
