We summoned them to our presence and personally explained the matter to them. They responded that they gratefully and humbly accept the intent [of the orders] and will comply with the request. Regarding the acceptance documents with individual signatures, as the officials have submitted them according to the separate ledger, we have compiled them and respectfully submit them with this accompanying letter.
