諸職人昨料御雇賃金奉公人給銀幷
村浦煮売店且質素心得方之義昨午十一月
御取究筋被仰付奉畏御請書奉指上候所尚又
此度右御趣意通実意に相基き不都合之
仕来無之様被仰付夫々奉畏候早速組村
相触候所御趣意通相守難有相心得奉畏
旨申出候に付役人共ゟ別紙之通御請書指出
申に付取揃添書を以奉指上候以上

申し上げ添書の覚
諸職人昨料御雇い賃金、奉公人給銀並びに村浦煮売店且つ質素心得方の義、昨午十一月御取り究め筋仰せ付けられ畏り、御請書指し上げ奉り候ところ、なお又この度右御趣意の通り実意に相基づき、不都合の仕来たり無きよう仰せ付けられ、それぞれ畏り候。早速組村に触れ候ところ、御趣意の通り相守り有り難く相心得畏る旨申し出候につき、役人共より別紙の通り御請書指し出し申すにつき、取り揃え添書を以て指し上げ奉り候。以上

Memorandum of Supplementary Report
Regarding various craftsmen's wages, employment wages, servant stipends, as well as village and coastal area food stalls and matters of frugal conduct, we were instructed last year in the 11th month of the Horse Year to investigate and settle these matters, which we humbly acknowledged and submitted acceptance documents for. Furthermore, this time we have been instructed that based on the true intent of the aforementioned directive, there should be no inappropriate customs, which we each humbly acknowledge. When we immediately notified the group villages, they responded that they would gratefully comply with and observe the directive as intended. Since the officials have submitted acceptance documents as shown in the attached separate paper, we have compiled them and respectfully submit this with a supplementary letter. The above.
