申し上げ添書の覚
諸職の作料、日雇いの賃金、奉公人の給銀並びに煮売店、且つ質素心得方の件について、昨年午年十一月に御取り決め筋を仰せ付けられ、なお又右の御趣意の件々を厚く相守るべき旨、親布取り決め候上、請書を指し出すべき旨仰せ付けられ、畏れ奉り候。組村へ相触れ候所、別紙の通り御請書指し出し申すにつき、取り揃え奉り指し上げ候。以上

Memorandum of Additional Submission
Regarding the wages for various occupations, daily laborers' pay, servants' silver stipends, as well as food stall operations and matters of frugal conduct, regulations were ordered in the eleventh month of last year (the Horse year). Furthermore, we were ordered to strictly observe all matters of the aforementioned intentions, make thorough decisions through official proclamation, and then submit receipt documents, which we humbly obey. When we notified the organized villages, receipt documents were submitted as shown in the attached papers, so we have assembled and respectfully present them. The above.
