無之様厚取図弥相守候様村々役人共ゟ番非人
共へ申渡置組切請書取揃指出候様被仰付

奉畏候早速与村々相触候処奉畏旨御請書

箇条書きをもってお取り決めを仰せ付けられ、今後心得違いの者がないよう厚く取り計らい、いよいよ相守り候よう、村々役人どもより番非人どもへ申し渡し置き、組切請書を取り揃え指し出し候よう仰せ付けられ、畏れ奉り候。早速組村に相触れ候ところ、畏れ奉る旨、役人どもよりお受書を指し出し候につき、取り揃え指し上げ奉り候。以上

市中家屋敷証文の件、手代が裏判を行い、面々が見印を遂げて相渡し有り候ところ、質物に差し入れ候件、堅く致さざるよう先年お触れも有り候処、近年みだりになり、右証文を質物に差し入れ候者有りの趣に相聞こえ、不心得の件につき、以後右証文を質物に指し入れ候件、懸け合いに来るとも受け取り申さざるよう、組村に相触れ受書を取り揃え指し出し候よう仰せ付けられ、畏れ奉り候。早速与村々に相触れ候処、畏れ奉る旨のお請書をお指し出し申すにつき、取り揃え指し上げ申し候。以上

We have been ordered to establish regulations through written rules so that there will be no future misunderstandings, to take thorough measures to ensure strict compliance, and to have village officials convey these to the guard outcasts and submit compiled group acknowledgment letters. We humbly accept this order. When we promptly communicated this to the group villages, the officials submitted written acknowledgments expressing their humble acceptance, which we have compiled and respectfully submit. The above.

Memorandum to be submitted

Regarding urban house and estate certificates, the deputies have affixed their endorsements and individuals have completed their verification seals before transferring them. However, concerning the matter of using these as collateral for pawning, there was a previous official notice strictly prohibiting this practice. In recent years this has become lax, and we have heard that there are people using these certificates as collateral for pawning, which shows a lack of proper understanding. Therefore, henceforth, even if people come to negotiate about using these certificates as collateral for pawning, we have been ordered not to accept them, to communicate this to the group villages, and to collect and submit acknowledgment letters. We humbly accept this order. When we promptly communicated this to the various villages, they submitted written acknowledgments expressing their humble acceptance, which we have compiled and submit.
