心得違いがないよう村々の役人共並びに小百姓に至るまで懇切に組村々に申し聞かせるよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ入って早速申し聞かせましたところ、それぞれ畏れ入る旨を申し出ましたにつき、右の段を書付をもって謹んで申し上げます。以上

鶴・雁追い立ての件、兼ねてからお取り調べ筋を仰せ付けられておりますところ、当冬の件はいずれも神妙に控えておりますにつきましては、節分後の件は追い立てお許しを仰せ付けられましたにつき、気分が緩み、諸道具等をもって不心得な追い方をしないよう小百姓に至るまで親しく申し聞かせるよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ入って右のお趣旨を組村へ申し聞かせましたところ、有り難く畏れ入る旨のお請書を差し出しましたにつき、右の段を私共からお請書仕って謹んで差し上げます。以上
英語訳
We were ordered to carefully inform all village officials and even the small farmers in the group villages so that there would be no misunderstandings. We humbly accepted this order and immediately communicated it, whereupon each expressed their humble acceptance. We respectfully report this matter in writing. The above.

Memorandum of completion acknowledgment
Regarding the matter of driving away cranes and wild geese, for which investigation has been ordered for some time, since everyone has been conducting themselves properly this winter, permission has been granted to drive them away after Setsubun. However, we were ordered to carefully inform even the small farmers not to become lax in spirit and engage in improper driving methods using various tools. We humbly accepted this directive and communicated it to the group villages, whereupon they submitted acknowledgment letters expressing their gratitude and humble acceptance. Therefore, we respectfully submit our acknowledgment letter for this matter. The above.
