当秋国柄に寄候ては風雨洪水等に而不作之趣に
相聞右に付大坂始国柄に寄米価高直故積出
指留に相成候付而は当御国稲作之義は南北共に
近年豊作に而米麦相場も追々引下候様相成
他国而は引麦利潤に相迷御取究相犯抜て
他国へ米麦を始持出候様之不弁者も難計
万々一右様之義有之におゐては御 国力（国力）を相減
不軽不埒に付屹と咎被仰付旨村浦役人共
始小百姓に至迄夫々右之御趣意申聞御請
書指出候様被仰聞奉畏早速組村役人共
召呼御趣意申渡候処奉畏旨御請書

添書をもって申し上げる覚え
今年の秋、諸国の事情によっては風雨洪水等により不作の様子と
聞いております。これにより大坂をはじめ諸国により米価高騰のため積み出し
停止となっておりますが、当国の稲作については南北ともに
近年豊作で米麦相場も次第に値下がりするような状況となり、
他国では引き麦（売買）の利益に迷って取り調べに違反し抜け荷をして
他国へ米麦をはじめとして持ち出すような不心得者も計り知れません。
万が一そのようなことがあれば、国力を減らし
軽くない不届きにつき、きっと咎めを申し付ける旨を村浦役人ども
はじめ小百姓に至るまで、それぞれその御趣意を申し聞かせ、お請け
書を差し出すよう仰せ聞かされ、恐れ入って承知し、早速組村役人どもを
召び呼び御趣意を申し渡したところ、畏まって承る旨のお請書を

This autumn, depending on the conditions in various provinces, we have heard that there will be poor harvests due to wind, rain, floods, etc. Due to this, grain exports have been suspended because of high rice prices in Osaka and other provinces. However, regarding rice cultivation in our domain, both the southern and northern areas have had abundant harvests in recent years, and the prices of rice and wheat have been gradually declining.
In other provinces, people become confused by the profits from grain trading and violate the investigations, engaging in smuggling and taking rice and wheat to other provinces - such unscrupulous individuals are beyond counting.
Should such things occur even once, it would reduce the national strength and constitute serious misconduct, so strict punishment will be imposed. We were ordered to convey this intent to village and port officials as well as small farmers, and to have them submit acknowledgment letters.
We humbly acknowledged this and immediately summoned the group village officials to convey the intent, whereupon acknowledgment letters stating their humble compliance were
