有之候はゝ向来如何成弊生す間敷とも難申
且医業抔も同様之事に候依之已来は持渡之
蘭書不残之書名長崎奉行処江書出させ奉行所
之ゆるしを受候分は世上江流布致し不苦旨申渡
候間向後右書上に洩候蘭書を取扱候欤又は私に
翻訳致候者有之におゐては其書は取上当人は急度
可及吟味に候右に付而は万石已上之面々海岸
守備等心得之ため蘭書翻訳致させ候向にも
有之候はゝ右書名相認一応老中江届置翻訳
出来之上は一部天文方役処江可指出候以上

公義御触有之に付組村々不相洩様触知らせ受書取揃
指出候様被仰付候条各村々不相洩様触知せ奉畏旨
受書相認早々御指出可有之候此状先々無滞相廻

【本文九行目から】
あるならば、将来どのような弊害が生じないとも言い難く、
また医業なども同様のことです。これにより、今後は持ち渡りの
蘭書すべての書名を長崎奉行所へ書き出させ、奉行所
の許しを受けた分は世上へ流布しても差し支えない旨申し渡し
ますので、今後右の書上げに漏れた蘭書を取り扱うか、または私的に
翻訳する者がいる場合は、その書は取り上げ、当人は厳しく
吟味に及ぶべきです。これに関しては、万石以上の面々で海岸
守備等の心得のため蘭書翻訳をさせる向きも
あるならば、右の書名を認め一応老中へ届け置き、翻訳
出来上がった上は一部を天文方役所へ差し出すべきです。以上
戌十二月
右の通り、この度幕府より
御触れがありましたので、組村々に漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、請書を取りそろえて
差し出すよう仰せ付けられましたので、各村々に漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、畏れ奉る旨の
請書を認め、早々に御指出しあるべきです。この状は先々滞りなく相回り、
済み村より御指し戻しあるべきです。以上

should such cases exist, it would be difficult to say what harmful effects might arise in the future,
and medical practice and such matters are similar. Therefore, from now on, all
Dutch book titles that are brought in must be reported to the Nagasaki Magistrate's Office, and those
that receive permission from the magistrate's office may be circulated among the public without problem. This has been ordered,
so henceforth, should anyone handle Dutch books omitted from the above report or privately
translate them, such books shall be confiscated and the person in question shall be subject to strict
interrogation. Regarding this matter, among those of ten thousand koku or more who
have Dutch books translated for understanding coastal
defense and such purposes,
they should record the book titles and report them to the Senior Councilors, and when translation
is completed, submit one copy to the Bureau of Astronomy. The above.

As written above, this time from the
Shogunate there was an official notice, so we have been ordered to disseminate this to all group villages without omission and collect acknowledgment letters to
submit. Therefore, disseminate this to each village without omission, and
prepare acknowledgment letters stating humble compliance, which should be submitted promptly. This document should be circulated to each place without delay,
