雲雀の御鷹野のご用のため、御鷹匠の面々が
出郷いたしましたので、例年通り野井戸をそれぞれ竹囲いし、
笹竹に印をつけて建て置くよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く存じます。早速与村へ
触れ回しましたところ、畏れ多く存じる旨、別紙の通り御請書を差し出し
ましたので、取りまとめて指し上げます。以上

For the official business of the skylark falconry grounds, the falconers
have departed to the countryside, so as usual we have been ordered to enclose the field wells with bamboo fencing
and erect marker posts with bamboo grass insignia. We humbly accept this order. Having immediately
communicated this to the villages under our jurisdiction, they have submitted written acknowledgments expressing their humble acceptance as shown in the separate documents,
which we hereby present together. The above.
