並びに下買いの者へ売り渡さず、他所にて売買したか、
または銀箔の隠れ打ち等をした者がいた場合は、吟味の上
厳重に咎めを申し付けるものである。
右の通り触れ知らせるべきである。

公儀の御触れがあったので、組村々何者によらず一人一人に触れ知らせ、
組ごとに一紙の受書を提出すべきである。この書状は先々へ遅滞なく回し、留村より
返却すべきである。以上

This shall be proclaimed as stated above.

there has been an official government proclamation, so it shall be announced to every person without exception in all villages of the group,
and a written acknowledgment shall be submitted for each group. This document shall be circulated to successive locations without delay and
shall be returned from the final village. The above.
