右の通り
公儀の御触れがあったので、与村々の何者によらず一人一人に
触れ知らせ、組ごとに一紙の請書を提出するよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入り、
すぐに組村々に触れ知らせたところ、恐れ入る旨の御請書を提出したので
こちらに差し上げます。以上

As stated above,
there has been an official government proclamation, so we have been ordered to announce it to every person without exception in all villages of the group
and to submit one written acknowledgment per group. We humbly comply,
and having immediately announced it to the group villages, they submitted written acknowledgments stating their humble compliance, so
we respectfully submit this. The above.
