出郷いたし候に付例毎之通野井戸

雲雀の御鷹野のため御用で御鷹匠の面々が
出郷いたしますにつき、例年通り野井戸を
それぞれ竹囲いし、笹竹の印を建て置くよう仰せ付けられ、
恐れ入って承り、早速組村々に触れ知らせましたところ、畏まって承る旨
別紙の通り御請書を差し出し、取りまとめて差し上げ申します。以上

Memorandum of Report
For the skylark falconry hunting grounds, the official falconers are
going out to the countryside on official business, so as is customary each year, the field wells
are to be individually enclosed with bamboo fencing, and bamboo markers erected as signs, as we were ordered.
We humbly accepted and immediately announced to the group villages, whereupon they respectfully accepted and
acknowledgment documents were submitted as shown in the separate document, which we have compiled and respectfully present. That is all.
