今度従
公義下総国結城郡結城町庄七幷召仕
惣助外壱人を及殺害逃去り候者生国江州
蒲生郡八幡町九兵衛義人相書を以御触被遊
候に付早速組村々相触候処別紙之通御
請書差出候に付添書を以奉差上候以上

今度幕府より下総国結城郡結城町の庄七並びに召使い
惣助外一人を殺害して逃亡した者、生国江州
蒲生郡八幡町の九兵衛について人相書をもって御触れが出され
ましたので、早速組村々に触れ知らせましたところ、別紙の通り御
請書を差し出しましたので、添書をもって差し上げ奉ります。以上
