一髪月代眉毛とも濃き方
一耳厚く大なる方
一口少大きく常体
一弁舌早き方
一其節之衣類木綿紺浅黄横竪縞袷半てん
同紺浅黄竪縞綿入同紺白微塵縞単物を
着し同花色絞三尺帯を〆罷在候
右之通之者於有之は其処に留置御料は御代官
私領は領主地頭へ申出夫ゟ於江戸川路左衛門尉方へ
可申出候尤家来又者等も入念可遂吟味隠置
脇ゟ相知候はゝ可為曲事候

公義御触に候条右様相心得其方共組村浦

一、鼻筋が通って高い方
一、髪の月代、眉毛ともに濃い方
一、耳は厚く大きい方
一、口は少し大きく普通の状態
一、弁舌は早口の方
一、その時の衣類は木綿の紺浅黄横縦縞の袷半纏
同じく紺浅黄縦縞の綿入れ、同じく紺白微塵縞の単物を
着用し、同じく花色絞りの三尺帯を締めておりました
右の通りの者がおりましたら、その場所に留め置き、御料地は御代官へ、
私領は領主地頭へ申し出て、それから江戸の川路左衛門尉方へ
申し出るべきです。もちろん家来または下人等も入念に吟味を遂げるべきで、隠し置いて
他から知られるようなことがあれば、処罰の対象となります。
