何者によらず触れ知らしめ、組切の受書一紙をもって来月七日までに
申し出るべきです。この触状は先々急ぎの付札をもって回覧し、済んだ村から指し戻すべきです。以上

右の通り御触れが出されましたので、このように心得て何者によらず
漏れがないよう逐一相触れ、組切一紙の請書を指し出すよう仰せ付けられ、
畏れ奉り早速相触れしましたところ、畏れ奉る旨申し出ましたので、御請書の義は
私ども連判をもって指し上げ申します。以上

This proclamation should be circulated urgently with priority tags, and returned from each village once completed. That is all.

As the above proclamation has been issued, keep this in mind and regardless of who it may be,
ensure nothing is overlooked by thoroughly notifying everyone, and submit the written acknowledgment of the village group with one document as ordered.
We humbly comply and immediately made the notification, whereupon they responded that they humbly comply, so regarding the written acknowledgment,
we respectfully submit this with our joint signatures. That is all.
