仕上御請書之覚
諸奉行様始御役人様方御出郷之御砌
御賄向に付而は兼而御取究も被為仰付御坐候所
近来相流候向も御坐候に付此度南北与頭庄屋
被召出以後之御取究向御厚被仰出彼是
存寄をも御聞上被遊候由粗奉伝承候然処
右取究筋向後心得違無御座様此節御株
書を以御触達被為仰付其上与頭庄屋ゟも
呼懸懇に被申渡候段夫々御趣意難有奉畏候
随而村中小百姓共に至迄人別庄屋宅江呼出
五人与共立合親敷申聞に相及候所右は
百姓共御労之御趣意に而格別難有奉畏候
旨申出候に付此後左之通堅相守御
賄向仕可申と奉候
一御出郷先一切酒指出申間敷候事
但御休泊所御下宿幷宿詰之者共へ至迄

仕上げ御請書の覚え
諸奉行様をはじめ御役人様方が御出郷の折
御賄い向きについては、かねてから御取り決めも仰せ付けられておりましたが
近来流れが変わってきた向きもございますので、この度南北与頭庄屋が
召し出され、以後の御取り決め向きについて御懇切に仰せ出され、あれこれと
存じ寄りをも御聞き上げ遊ばされた由、粗々伝え承っております。然るところ
右取り決め筋について、今後心得違いがないよう、この節御触れ
書をもって御触達し仰せ付けられ、その上与頭庄屋からも
呼び掛けて懇切に申し渡された段、それぞれ御趣意ありがたく畏れ奉ります
ついては村中小百姓共に至るまで一人一人庄屋宅へ呼び出し
五人組共立ち合いのもと親しく申し聞かせるに及びましたところ、右は
百姓共への御労いの御趣意であって格別ありがたく畏れ奉る
旨申し出ましたので、この後左の通り堅く相守り御
賄い向きを仕るべきと存じ奉ります
一、御出郷先では一切酒を差し出し申すまじく候事

Memorandum of Completed Written Acknowledgment
When various magistrates and officials make inspection tours to the countryside,
regarding the provision of meals and hospitality, arrangements had been previously ordered and established, but
recently there have been changes in practices, so this time the north and south group leader village headmen were
summoned, and future arrangements were graciously announced, with various
opinions and suggestions also being heard, as we have roughly been informed. Therefore,
regarding these arrangement matters, so that there will be no misunderstandings in the future, at this time official notification
documents were issued and ordered, and furthermore the group leader village headmen also
called together and kindly conveyed the instructions, for which we humbly and gratefully acknowledge each directive.
Accordingly, even the small farmers throughout the village were individually called to the village headman's residence,
and with the five-man groups present, we intimately explained the matter, whereupon they said that this
represents the government's considerate intent toward the farmers and they humbly and gratefully acknowledge it
as especially gracious, so hereafter we shall strictly observe the following and
provide hospitality services as required:
