一諸御役人様御出郷之節村方へ御入込御止宿
等之御先配御坐候得者早速請持与頭庄屋江
書付を以案内仕置御出【一字抹消】立後御逗留
中之諸入目員数【四字抹消】書付に取都
是亦早々与頭庄屋へ指出其員数両季割賦
仕可申事
右之通難有奉畏御請書奉指上に付而は
第一私共常々不断心を相懸右御賄向而已に
無御坐何に付而もあた成費無御座様取計
村方両季割賦銀聊たり共相減可
申様仕申度奉存候万一右様申上置追而
諸向不都合之義御坐候はゝ如何様被為仰付
候而も迷惑申上間敷候依而私共連判
御請書指上申所相違無御坐候以上

一、諸御役人様が御出郷の節、村方へ御入り込み御止宿
等の御先配がございましたら早速請け持ち組頭庄屋へ
書付をもって案内仕り置き、御出立後御逗留
中の諸入目員数を書付に取りまとめ
これもまた早々組頭庄屋へ差し出し、その員数を両季割賦
仕るべき事
右の通り有難く畏れ奉る御請書を指し上げるにつきましては
第一私共常々不断心をかけ、右御賄い向きのみに
ございません、何につけてもあたり成る費用がないよう取り計らい、
村方両季割賦銀を聊かたりとも相減ずるべき
よう仕りたく存じ奉り候。万一右のよう申し上げ置き、追って
諸向不都合の義がございましたら、如何様仰せ付けられ
候とも迷惑申し上げ間敷候。よって私共連判の
御請書差し上げ申すところ相違ございません。以上

1. When various officials go on provincial tours and advance arrangements are made for their entry and lodging in villages, we shall immediately notify the responsible group leaders and village headmen with written notice. After their departure, we shall compile a written record of all expenses incurred during their stay and promptly submit this record to the group leaders and village headmen, and these amounts shall be collected through the bi-seasonal village assessments.
In respectfully submitting this pledge of compliance with the above arrangements, first and foremost, we shall constantly maintain vigilance, not only regarding the aforementioned hospitality matters but in all affairs, to ensure there are no inappropriate expenses and to reduce the village bi-seasonal assessment silver even by the smallest amount. Should any inconvenience arise in various matters despite what we have stated above, we shall not complain regardless of what orders may be issued. Therefore, we submit this jointly signed pledge without any discrepancy. Above.
