被召出以後之御取究向御厚被仰出彼是

仰せ付けられ、その上私どもの手元へ与村々庄屋五人組を
呼び掛け懇ろに申し渡し、村中小百姓どもに至るまで親しく布告
申し渡すに及び候ところ、御趣意有り難く畏み奉り候につき
村役人どもより御受書差し出し申すにつき取り揃え

were summoned, and regarding future regulations, kind instructions were given, and after
various opinions and suggestions were heard,
to ensure there would be no misunderstandings regarding these regulations in the future,
official notices were issued through formal documents,
and furthermore, the village headmen of the five-village groups under our jurisdiction were
called together and carefully instructed, extending the announcement
even to all the small farmers in the villages. As we humbly and gratefully received
these gracious intentions,
the village officials have submitted their acknowledgment documents, which we have compiled
and respectfully submit herewith. The above.
