This time, regarding the foreign ship that arrived at the mouth of the Osaka River, we were instructed to notify all villages in our group of the official circular concerning the investigation procedures, ensuring no one is omitted, and to compile and submit acknowledgment documents by group. We humbly acknowledged this and immediately notified the villages under our jurisdiction, whereupon acknowledgment documents expressing humble compliance were submitted, and we have compiled these and respectfully submit them herewith.
