十一月五日の地震につき、諸商人をはじめ諸職人・日雇人の
賃銀の件について御取り調べを仰せ付けられ、組村々に漏れのないよう触れ、
御請書を取り揃え差し出し候様仰せ付けられ、畏み奉り早速触れ
候ところ、畏み奉る旨、別紙の通り御請書が差し出されましたので、
取り揃え差し上げ申し候 以上

Memorandum of Report
Regarding the earthquake on the fifth day of the eleventh month, we were instructed to investigate matters concerning the wages of various merchants, craftsmen, and day laborers, to notify all villages in our group without omission, and to compile and submit acknowledgment documents. We humbly acknowledged this and immediately issued notifications, whereupon acknowledgment documents expressing humble compliance were submitted as shown in the separate papers, and we have compiled these and respectfully submit them herewith. The above.
