仕上御受書之覚
去る寅八月八日夜江州高嶋郡小荒地村
百姓平七へ疵為負同九月廿六日逃去候
同人忰金蔵人相書
御触之通丸写
四月廿九日御触 穂積恰様
右之通御触被遊候条右様相心得何者によらす逸々
不洩様為触知組切壱紙請書指出候様被仰付奉畏
早速相触候所奉畏旨申出候に付御受書之義は
私共連判を以指上申候以上

同人の息子金蔵の人相書
御触れの通り丸写し
四月二十九日御触れ 穂積恰様
右の通り御触れ遊ばされ候条、右様心得、何者によらず逐一
漏れないように触れ知らせるため、組切一紙請書を指し出し候様仰せ付けられ、畏み奉り
早速触れ候ところ、畏み奉る旨申し出候につき、御受書の儀は
私共連判を以って指し上げ申し候 以上
