此度御家中壱統三ケ年之間稠布倹約
被仰付候に付諸士之面々召連候供人令減少
或は壱僕又は無僕其上麁服等に而往来
可仕候依之無格末々幷市郷之者共途中店崎
第一船渡等に而無礼法外之義無之様相触受書

仰せ付けられ候につき、諸士の面々が召し連れ候供人を減少させ、

This time, the entire retainer class has been ordered to practice frugality and economy for three years.
Accordingly, various samurai are to reduce the number of servants they take with them,
traveling with either one servant or no servants, and moreover in plain clothing.
Therefore, [we were ordered] to notify the lower-ranking retainers and townspeople/villagers that there should be no rudeness or improper behavior at roadside shops,
ferry crossings, and other places along the way, and to collect and submit written acknowledgments.
Respectfully obeying, we have notified the grouped villages and collected and submit the written acknowledgments. The above.
