申し上げ覚
今度幕府より蝦夷地一件について御触れが出されたことに付き、右の様に心得、
組村々に漏れがないよう相触れ、組切受書を取り揃えて差し出すよう
仰せ付けられ畏れ入った所、別紙の通り御請書を差し出し
たので取り揃えて差し上げます。以上

Memorandum of Submission
Recently, an official notice has been issued from the
Shogunate regarding the Ezo land matter. In accordance with this notice,
we were ordered to take note of this matter and notify all villages in our group without omission,
and to compile and submit acknowledgment documents by administrative groups.
We reverently complied, and as the acknowledgment documents were submitted as shown in the separate document,
we have compiled them and submit herewith. The above.
