手紙にてお考えをお聞かせいただきました。さて、このたび板野郡内の御鷹野場において不埒者がおり、なお一層厳重な御制道を仰せ付けられることについて、御制道向きの都合のよい件がございましたら申し談じて考えを申し上げるよう仰せ付けられ、先ごろ市中へ立ち会い左の通り考えを認めて差し上げております。しかしながらまだ何のお達しも頂戴しておりませんが、右の運書の写しをお達し申します。このようにご承知の上、回達をなされ済みになった御方からお戻しくださいませ。以上

御鷹野の御川筋にて御漁をなされる御場所において、毎度不埒者がございまして、御漁や御野合の御指障となっております御趣旨、当該御手崎御場所にて不埒で不心得な者がございましては恐れ入ることでございますので、このような御場所を厳重に御制道いたすよう、またこれらの御場所のことは御郡代におかれても平素御見分をなされておりますので、私どもにおいてはなおさら重々心がけておりまして、川筋の用水溝等に鴨が付いております

We have received your thoughts via letter. Now, regarding the matter that inappropriate persons have appeared at the falcon hunting grounds within Itano District, and that stricter controls have been ordered: if there are any convenient matters regarding the control arrangements, we were instructed to consult and submit our thoughts. We recently attended a meeting in town and submitted our thoughts as written below. However, although we have not yet received any official response, we are transmitting a copy of this correspondence. Please acknowledge this and circulate it, and return it from those who have completed the circulation. The above.

Memorandum submitted:
At the locations along the river courses of the falcon hunting grounds where fishing activities are conducted, there are frequently inappropriate persons, and this is causing interference with fishing and hunting activities. If there are inappropriate and thoughtless persons at the current Tezaki hunting grounds, it would be most regrettable. Therefore, we shall strictly control such locations, and since the District Administrator also regularly inspects these locations, we are being even more careful and attentive, and ducks are gathering at the river courses and irrigation channels.
