御立会御場所御手入幷等に相成候処は猶以稠布
御制道
仕御都合宜様可奉仕旨重々被入御念被仰渡候段
重々
奉畏候随而以後御制道向左之通可被仰付哉私共
申談候運左へ申上候
一御鷹野御場所を始惣而御留野村々之義は
兼而私共ゟ村役人共へ申付八九月之頃ゟ翌年
三月迄は日々鳥番之者合札を以村内打廻らせ
不埒人無之様制道申付其上御鷹方様ゟは
下御鳥見を以一牧御取究被仰付候内にも御場所御坐候
村浦之義は稠布御制道被仰付候得共以後之義は
御留野村之役人共猶又御制道向厚相心得候様私共ゟ
申渡勿論御場所有之村之義は猶更村役人相心懸
日々鳥番之者無懈怠為打廻御制道仕義には御坐候得共
鳥番之者は合札を以村中打廻候事故右透間を相考
不埒人も難計に付其村番非人江近村手寄之番非人
両三人加勢申付日々為打廻不埒人御坐候得者召捕
候様被仰付度奉存候
但困窮之非人共に候得者其村之番非人へ被 仰付
候而は外御用も有之且稼も指支旁迷惑仕に 付

お立ち会いの御場所のお手入れ等になる場合は、なおいっそう厳重に御制道を行い、御都合よろしいようにお仕えいたします旨、重々御念を入れられてお申し渡しくださいました段、重々恐れ入っております。したがいまして今後の御制道向きについて左の通りお申し付けいただけるでしょうか、私どもが申し談じました件を左に申し上げます。
一、御鷹野御場所をはじめ、すべての御留野の村々のことは、かねて私どもから村役人どもへ申し付け、八九月の頃から翌年三月まではの間は、毎日鳥番の者に合札を持たせて村内を巡回させ、不埒人がないよう制道を申し付けております。その上、御鷹方様からは下御鳥見を使って一牧をお取り調べになるようお申し付けになる中にも、御場所がございます村浦のことは、厳重な御制道をお申し付けになっておりますが、今後のことは、御留野の村の役人どもに、なおまた御制道向きを厚く心得るよう私どもから申し渡し、もちろん御場所のある村のことは、なおさら村役人が心がけて、毎日鳥番の者が怠けることなく巡回して御制道をいたすことではございますが、鳥番の者は合札を持って村中を巡回することゆえ、その隙間を見計らって不埒人も測り難いので、その村の番非人に近村から手寄りの番非人を両三人加勢として申し付け、毎日巡回させて不埒人がございましたら召し捕るようお申し付けいただきたく存じます。
ただし困窮している非人どもでございますので、その村の番非人へお申し付けになりましても、他の御用もあり、また稼ぎも差し支え、何かと迷惑いたしますので

When it comes to attending and maintaining the hunting grounds, we shall serve by implementing even stricter controls and ensuring everything is convenient for your purposes. We deeply appreciate that you have repeatedly emphasized and instructed us on this matter. Therefore, regarding future control measures, we respectfully submit the following proposals that we have discussed among ourselves:
First, concerning the falcon hunting grounds and all restricted hunting areas in the villages: we have previously instructed the village officials to assign bird guards with identification tags to patrol within the villages daily from around the 8th and 9th months until March of the following year, implementing controls to prevent inappropriate persons. Furthermore, while the Falcon Office has ordered investigations of the pastures using lower bird inspectors, and strict controls have been ordered for village and coastal areas where hunting grounds are located, for future matters we shall instruct the officials of the restricted hunting villages to have an even better understanding of control measures. Of course, villages with hunting grounds should have their officials be especially vigilant, with bird guards patrolling daily without negligence to maintain control. However, since the bird guards patrol the villages with identification tags, inappropriate persons may calculate the gaps in patrol coverage. Therefore, we respectfully request that two or three assistant guards from nearby villages be assigned to support each village's guard, patrolling daily and arresting any inappropriate persons they encounter.
However, since these are impoverished outcastes, if this duty is assigned to the village guards, it will interfere with their other official duties and their livelihood, causing various hardships.
