仕上添書之覚
御家中質素倹約之義去卯年より当夏迄三ケ年之間
御格外御取都に候処尚又来戌年迄三ケ年之間
惣而是迄之通途中渡場等に而無礼法外之者
無之様組村々不洩様相触組切受書取揃
指出候様被仰付奉畏早々相触候処村々役人
共ゟ御触之委曲夫々承知し仕私手元迄
御受書指出候に付早々取揃添書仕奉指上候以上

差し上げ添書の覚
御家中質素倹約の件について去る卯年より当夏まで三ヶ年の間
格別にお取り計らいいただいたところ、なお又来戌年まで三ヶ年の間
総じてこれまでの通り途中渡場等において無礼法外な者が
いないよう組村々に漏れなく触れ知らせ、組切の受書を取り揃え
差し出すよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り早々に触れ知らせましたところ、村々の役人
どもより御触れの詳細をそれぞれ承知いたし、私の手元まで
御受書を差し出しましたので、早々に取り揃え添書いたして差し上げます。以上

Memorandum of Supplementary Report
Regarding the matter of frugality and economy within the retainer households, for the three-year period from the previous Rabbit year until this summer,
special measures were taken, and furthermore for another three-year period until the coming Dog year,
in general, as before, to ensure that there are no disrespectful and lawless persons
at ferry crossings and other places along the way, we notified all group villages without exception and were ordered to collect and
submit acknowledgment letters from each group. Humbly accepting this order, we promptly issued notifications, whereupon village officials
reported that they had respectively understood the details of the official notice, and submitted
acknowledgment letters to me personally. We have therefore promptly collected them and respectfully present them with this supplementary letter. The above.
