今度従
公義御尋者之義委曲御書付を以御触被為遊候
就而は早々組村々相触御受書取揃指出候様被仰付奉畏
早速相触候処夫々承知仕組村々ゟ別紙之通
私手元迄御受書指出候に付取調右之段添書

この度
公儀よりお尋ね者の件について詳細な御書付をもってお触れを出されました。
つきましては早々に組村々に触れ知らせ、御受書を取り揃えて差し出すよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、
早速触れ知らせましたところ、それぞれ承知いたし、組村々より別紙の通り
私の手元まで御受書を差し出しましたので、取り調べ右の段を添書
をもって差し上げます。以上 早渕村与頭庄屋

Report with Supplementary Letter
This time,
the public authorities have issued a detailed notification regarding the matter of wanted persons.
In connection with this, we were ordered to quickly notify the group villages and collect and submit acknowledgment letters. Having humbly received these orders,
we immediately issued the notifications, whereupon each [village] acknowledged receipt, and from the group villages, as shown in the separate documents,
acknowledgment letters were submitted to my custody. Having investigated [the matter], we respectfully present this report with a supplementary letter.
