ましたので、野井戸を竹にて囲い、それぞれに笹竹の印を
建て置き、右の出来具合を案内書付にて指し越すよう
御鷹奉行の面々より申し来ましたので、右のように
心得、組で受書を取り、来る二十六日までに
差し出すよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承りました。早速触れ知らせましたところ、別
紙の通り出来上がりました御請書を組村々より差し出してきましたので、
取り揃え、右の段を添書をもって差し上げます。以上

[Therefore], we enclosed the field wells with bamboo and erected sasatake markers for each,
and were instructed by the falconry officials to send written reports describing the completion of these preparations.
Understanding these instructions,
we collected acknowledgment letters from the group [villages] to be submitted by the 26th day of this month
as ordered, which we humbly accepted. Having immediately issued notifications,
acknowledgment letters were completed as shown in the separate documents and submitted from the group villages.
Having collected these, we respectfully present this report with a supplementary letter regarding the above matter.
