今度従
公義吹立被仰付候新小判壱歩判弐朱銀共
通用之義幷保字小判壱歩判引替之義に付
委曲御触被為遊候就而は組村々何者によらす早速
相触組切受書取揃指出候様被仰付奉畏早速
御触之委曲組村々相触候処逸々奉畏旨御受書
指出候に付取揃右之段添書を以奉指出候以上

この度、
幕府より発行するよう仰せ付けられました新小判・一分判・二朱銀ともに
通用の件、並びに保字小判・一分判の引き替えの件について
詳細な御触れが出されましたので、組村々の誰もが早速
触れ知らせ、組で受書を取り揃えて差し出すよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、早速
御触れの詳細を組村々に触れ知らせましたところ、それぞれが畏れ多く承る旨の御受書を
差し出してきましたので、取り揃え、右の段を添書をもって差し出します。以上

Record of supplementary letter submitted
This time,
regarding the new koban, ichibu-ban, and nishu silver coins that were ordered to be issued
by the shogunate for general circulation, as well as the exchange of old koban and ichibu-ban with the "ho" character,
detailed official notices were issued. Accordingly, everyone in the group villages was ordered to immediately
spread the notice and collect and submit acknowledgment letters from each group. Humbly accepting this order, we immediately
communicated the details of the official notice to the group villages, whereupon each respectively submitted acknowledgment letters
stating their humble acceptance. Having collected these, we submit this report with a supplementary letter regarding the above matter.
