仕上添書之覚
盆中踊之義来る十四日より十六日迄有来通之義
是迄之通可仕候尤其村限に而他郷へ出候義は屹と
指留俄と相唱哥舞伎体に相似寄候仕成は決而
不相調事に候
条右三日を過相催候義厳布指留候条心得違
之者於有之は其者は勿論所役人共迄屹と咎申付候条
逸々相触人別受判取置追而御郡代処へ可指出旨被仰付
奉畏与村々相触候処別紙之通御受書指出候に付
取揃右之段添書を以奉指上候以上

仕上げ添書の覚
盆中の踊りの件について、来る十四日より十六日まで従来通りの義、
これまで通り仕るべく候。もっとも、その村限りにて他郷へ出る義は堅く
差し留め、俄かに相唱え、歌舞伎体に相似寄り候仕成しは決して
相調わぬ事に候
条、右三日を過ぎて相催す義は厳重に差し留め候条、心得違い
の者これ有らば、その者はもちろん所役人共まで堅く咎め申し付け候条、
それぞれ相触れ、人別受判取り置き、追って御郡代所へ差し出すべき旨仰せ付けられ、
畏れ多く承り、与村々に相触れ候ところ、別紙の通り御受書差し出し候につき、
取り揃え、右の段を添書をもって指し上げ奉り候。以上

Record of completion supplementary letter
Regarding dancing during the Bon festival, from the coming 14th to 16th day, following customary practice,
it shall be conducted as before. However, going outside one's village to other districts is strictly
prohibited, and sudden performances resembling kabuki theater are absolutely
not to be arranged
Therefore, holding such events beyond the prescribed three days is strictly prohibited, and should there be
anyone who misunderstands these regulations, not only that person but also the local officials will be strictly punished.
Each village was ordered to spread this notice, collect individual acknowledgment seals, and later submit them to the district magistrate's office.
Humbly accepting this order, we communicated it to the group villages, whereupon acknowledgment letters were submitted as shown in the attached documents.
Having collected these, we respectfully submit this report with a supplementary letter regarding the above matter.
