公義通用銀吹直之義に付御書付御渡被成候依之
郡中村々不洩様為触知組切受書取都可指出旨
被仰付奉畏早速組村々相触候処別紙之通御受書
指出来候に付取揃右之段添書を以奉指上候以上

仕上げ添書の覚
今度、公義より通用銀吹き直しの件につき御書付をお渡しになられ候につき、
郡中の村々に漏れなく触れ知らせるため、組切りで受書を取り、すべて差し出すべき旨を
仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、早速組村々に相触れ候ところ、別紙の通り御受書が
差し出されて参り候につき、取り揃え、右の段を添書をもって指し上げ奉り候。以上

Record of completion supplementary letter
This time, regarding the matter of recoining circulating silver as ordered by the government, we have been given an official notice, and accordingly
we were ordered to inform all villages in the district without exception, collect acknowledgment letters by group divisions, and submit everything.
Humbly accepting this order, we immediately communicated it to the group villages, whereupon acknowledgment letters were
submitted as shown in the attached documents. Having collected these, we respectfully submit this report with a supplementary letter regarding the above matter.
