公義通用銀吹直且引替等之義に付御
書付御渡被成候依之郡中村々不洩様為
知触組切請書取都可指出旨被仰付
奉畏早速組村々相触候処別紙之通御
請書指出来候に付取揃右之段添書を以

仕上げ添書の覚
今度、公義より通用銀吹き直し並びに引き替え等の件につき御
書付をお渡しになられ候につき、郡中の村々に漏れなく
知らせるため触れ、組切りで請書を取り、すべて差し出すべき旨を仰せ付けられ、
畏れ多く承り、早速組村々に相触れ候ところ、別紙の通り御
請書が差し出されて参り候につき、取り揃え、右の段を添書をもって
指し上げ奉り候。以上 早渕村与頭庄屋

Record of completion supplementary letter
This time, regarding the matter of recoining and exchanging circulating silver as ordered by the government, we have been given an official notice, and accordingly we were ordered to inform all villages in the district without exception, collect acknowledgment letters by group divisions, and submit everything.
Humbly accepting this order, we immediately communicated it to the group villages, whereupon acknowledgment letters were submitted as shown in the attached documents. Having collected these, we respectfully submit this report with a supplementary letter regarding the above matter.
