公義外国銀銭通用之義に付御書付御渡【左字抹消】被
成候依之御国中可触知旨被仰出候条右様相
心得組村【切を村に修正】々不洩様為触知組切受書取揃可指出
旨被仰付候に付早速組村々相触候処夫々奉畏
別紙之通御受書指出来候に付取都右之通

仕上げ添書の覚
今度、公義より外国銀銭通用の件につき御書付をお渡し
になられ候につき、御国中に触れ知らせるべき旨を仰せ出され候条、右様
心得、組村々に漏れなく触れ知らせるため、組切りで受書を取り揃え差し出すべき
旨を仰せ付けられ候につき、早速組村々に相触れ候ところ、それぞれ畏れ多く承り、
別紙の通り御受書が差し出されて参り候につき、取り揃え、右の通り
添書をもって指し上げ奉り候。以上

Record of completion supplementary letter
This time, regarding the matter of circulating foreign silver coins as ordered by the government, we have been given an official notice, and accordingly we were ordered to announce this throughout the domain. Understanding this matter, we were instructed to inform all group villages without exception and to collect and submit acknowledgment letters by group divisions.
Having immediately communicated this to the group villages, each humbly accepted the order, and acknowledgment letters were submitted as shown in the attached documents. Having collected these, we respectfully submit this report with a supplementary letter as described above.
