公義御尋者之義に付人相書を以御触有之候趣
御下知有之候条右様相心得其方共組村浦不洩様
触知与切受書取揃可指出候旨被仰付奉畏早速相触候処
別紙之通村々役人共ゟ御受書指出来候に付取揃
右之段添書を以奉指上候以上

今度、公義より御尋ね者の件につき人相書をもって御触れがあった趣旨について
御下知がございました条、右様心得、その方どもの組村浦に漏れなく
触れ知らせ、与切りで受書を取り揃え差し出すべき候旨を仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、早速相触れ候ところ、
別紙の通り村々の役人どもより御受書が差し出されて参り候につき、取り揃え、
右の段、添書をもって指し上げ奉り候。以上

Record of completion supplementary letter
This time, regarding the matter of wanted persons as ordered by the government, we received instructions concerning the official notice distributed with personal description documents. Understanding this matter, we were ordered to inform all group villages and coastal areas under your jurisdiction without exception, and to collect and submit acknowledgment letters by group divisions. Having humbly accepted this order and immediately communicated it, acknowledgment letters were submitted by village officials as shown in the attached documents. Having collected these, we respectfully submit this report with a supplementary letter regarding the above matter.
